OUR FOUNDER

1. Chung Sa Nim Melissa Paone Master Paone is the founder of Action Karate and has been training in the Martial arts since the age of 11. As an active Tang Soo Do Master she has won 4 National Black Belt League World Titles in Traditional Korean Forms. As  a Member of the Martial Arts Hall of Fame she also has a State Resoultion commending her on her accomplishments in Tang Soo Do. She has twice been voted Best Karate Master/Black Belt by Hudson Valley Magazine and was featured in Tae Kwon Do Times as well as the Book Everyday Warriors by Ruth Hunter.
2. OUR INSTRUCTORS

Kyo Sa Nim Elizabeth Bennett

Kyo Sa Nim Bennett has been training in Tang Soo Do for 15 years.Miss Bennett has traveled to Wales, London and Panama competing on an intrernational level. Placing many times in Womens traditonal Korean forms as well as earning a World and National  title in Womens Sparring with the International Tang Soo Do Federation She earned her Black Belt in 1999 and her 3rd degree in 2006. She earned  her Kyo Sa Certification in May of 2007

Kyo Sa Nim Dawn Bennett

Mrs Bennett has been training in Tang Soo Do for the past 14 years she earned her first degree in 2001 Her Kyo Sa Certification in Nov 2006 and her 3rd degree in May of 2007.
